Rules and Regulations for Using the EIC Facility
Basement aka Mezzanine: Max capacity 300. It can be less or more based on seating arrangement.

1 – Chairs and Tables will be provided.
2 – Reserving party responsible of setting the tables and Chairs as their need.
3 – Kitchen Stove and Oven cannot be used for cooking or heating.
4 – Kitchen only allowed to prep the already cooked(catered) food.
5 – Microphone can be provided upon request.
6 – After the event, everything needs to be put back as it was before. All tables and chairs should be put back as before.
7 – All trash can need to be emptied and throw in the trash bin next to the Main Gate.
8 – Basements need to be cleaned. If there any decorations, food items or any other items on the floor, those need to be picked up.
9 – If any decoration was done then it needs to be taken down at the end of the event.
10 – Upstairs Main Prayer Hall: No decorations and absolutely no food or drinks allowed.
11 – If there are any Children then it’s hosting party responsibility to keep an eye and prevent wondering around at the Facility.
12 – Please stay away from the construction site. Only stay within the designated reserved areas, basement(Mezzanine area) and Main prayer hall.
13 – Payment need to be done before the event so the facility can be reserved for a particular date.
14 – Please make sure to pay at least couple of weeks before the event.
15 – Basement facility usage fee is $500.00. Quran Khawani or Dua, amount is $300.00.
16 – Max reservation for 4 hours which cannot be proceed more than 5 hours.
17 – Payment can be done via zelle, cash or check.
